Tip: When purchasing for customers, you’ll need to complete the Vehicle Sale Confirmation, provide the Bill of Sale as proof of resale and Assignment of Credits (if applicable).

Start now, finish later

Through Ally Ride Return, dealers can now start a transaction and finish it later. By activating ‘Need time to decide’ within the Vehicle Quote Details page, you will have up to 72 hours to complete the transaction. Once you’re ready to buy, view your pending transactions within your transaction history. If action isn’t taken before the three days are up (or the next payment date) Ally will automatically process the vehicle as a return.
